http://www.realestate.co....0000&max_price=150000 We had a house lined up, but the vendors discovered their break fee would kill them, so withdrew it from the market. We're moving on the 20th March, but where to, no-one knows. |

The listing agent has already hooked the pics off the net, but I'll take a couple of photos when we get there. I love this downturn in the housing market! Hopefully, getting a job will be a breeze. I'll keep the business going down here....have just employed a bloke as my area manager for this district, but it doesn't make enough for me to retire. Damnit. Ah well, time will tell. |

We sold first so that we could enter the market as cash buyers. If we had a clause in the contract on the new house that only allowed us to purchase if our old
house sold, that would have taken a lot of negotiating power from us.
I keep telling ya.....I don't have an accent. You do! |
